Learning at Patrician Brothers' College
Patrician Brothers' College is a place where curiosity, imagination and love of learning thrive through working together to provide the most effective, engaging and challenging learning experiences for students.
As one of the 80 Catholic schools in the Diocese of Parramatta, we’re working together to transform learning for students in Greater Western Sydney. This means reimagining and refreshing learning and teaching for today’s world and today’s learners.
The purpose and promise of a Catholic education is to inspire each learner - student, teacher and family - to discover a meaningful and flourishing life.
Our faith journey
Patrician Brothers' College is a great place for students to grow in faith and learning. We value each student as an individual and share the values of the Gospel to help them discover the hope that is within and to experience a meaningful and flourishing life.
Beyond the classroom
We believe it is important for students to pursue interests to find what they are passionate about. Our school gives them exposure to a range of exciting opportunities to unlock their creative potential, develop a talent or follow a passion.
Sport is a valued part of our school’s curriculum, contributing to the development of the whole child by providing a vehicle for social, physical, emotional and moral learning. Participation, enjoyment and skill development are the cornerstones of school sport. Our College also offers a range of Sports Development Programs. Representative pathways are available through the Parramatta Diocesan Secondary Schools Sports Council.
The Patrician Brothers' College house system underpins our pastoral care program and is central to a student's sense of belonging at school. It gives students from different year groups the chance to come together and contribute to college life while demonstrating loyalty and allegiance.
Parents as Partners
Strong partnerships between home, parish and school support students to grow in faith and learning. We regularly invite parents to be part of College celebrations and events and hold parent information evenings to help keep parents in the loop.
